Installation to be done 2 weeks later which is today 5 Nov 2022! I got Korean combi blinds Dimout for living room and blackout for bedroom! Installer very professional installed very fast with vacuum drills! Not dusty at all! Also explained in demo on how to use the blinds! Highly recommended! *Add on: On 12 Apr 2025, my living room blinds bottom bar side caps broken on both sides! Not sure what caused? I WA Curtains Galleria SG immediately for solution on repair! They are very prompt in replying me immediately too despite weekend! They said supplier closed on Sunday, will check with supplier on Monday 14 Apr 2025. On Monday morning, Curtains Galleria SG CS informed me that their supplier servicing team can come down for replacement of the side caps! Due warranty already over 1 year, and was not caused by factory quality defect, so I have to pay for the replacement plus labour and transport! Price quite steep thou but no choice! I agreed and they gave me an earliest slot on 17 Apr 2025 afternoon! No servicing on weekend despite request! Servicng person came within the promised timing from 3pm - 5pm!
